Yobe declares 3 work free days for civil servants collect PVCs


Yobe state governor Mai Mala Buni has declared Wednesday 29 to Friday 1 July 2022 work free days to enable civil servants register for Permanent Voter Card (PVC).

In a statement by the state Ag. Head of service, Alhaji Garba Bilal, Buni said this would enable the civil servants in the state travel to their respective local government areas to register, revalidate and collect their permanent Voter cards ( PVCs).

The statement reads,”This is because of the importance the state Government attached to the on-going voters cards exercise currently going on nation wide.

“It is hoped that the civil servants would reciprocate this good gesture by ensuring that they participates in the exercise.”

The statement added that all essential service providers are advised to remain on alert.
