His brain is what the last century would refer to as “hot”.
He holds a distinction in GCE .
A Bs.c in microbiology, Ms.c in pharmaceutics from the great University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

His passion for knowledge compelled him to expand his academic horizon, he digressed from sciences and explored the business route, he found himself in some top global business institutes, which include:

Standard university- The USA,

Cranfield university-The UK.

Witts University- South Africa.

Albert Einstein said, “Education is what one still knows when he has left school”.
As a paradigm of knowledge, grounded intensively and extensively in academics, he put what he learnt into use.

Service.

He’s not handicapped in areas of business strategy, development and execution, general management, including public sector governance.

He worked in Accenture as head of payments and strategy development as well as ventures at the Nigerian breweries, where he kicked off his career …. between 2003-2005

He was MD/CEO of HEIRS Alliance LTD. (Forerunner to HEIRs Holding) he actively participated in the restructuring of the HEIRS)STB group.
He defined the growth strategy that led to the merger with the UBA and expansion into other African nations.

HEIRS )STB fostered enhancement integration amongst its members and other things under his surveillance. He is the current CEO of Nextzon Business Services Limited, a Management Consulting business that commenced operations in 2005 and has grown to be reputable.
Sir Mac’s marketing and technical expertise as well as his leadership skills have been primarily associated with Nextzon’s success.
As the CEO of Nextzon, he has been involved in the various public sector and private sector projects.
Mac has years of business leadership and extensive board experience as he sits on the boards of several companies and was the pioneer President of the E-Payment Providers Association of Nigeria (EPPAN).
He also has personal investments in several innovative companies.

In the public sector, Mac worked with several state governments to develop their economic strategy.

He has supported the Anambra and Abia Governors for over 7 years assisting them in defining and executing their plans to move their states forward leveraging private sector discipline and excellence.

He is a member of the Alaigbo Stabilization Fund Steering Committee set up by South-East Governors and Ohaneze Ndigbo, where he is Vice Chairman of the Fund Raising Committee.

He was additionally the pioneer secretary of the Anambra Vision 2070 committee.
Mac has assisted several FGN agencies in strategic ways with several projects like the FRSC roll out the new number plates, the NIMC to design and launch the new NIN Identity scheme (where his company owns an equity stake in one of the companies that got the concession to handle this all-important programme in 2007), the CBN devise the FSS2020 plan, the SEC, stock exchange and BOI to devise strategies for various aspects of their operations.

He also worked with the World Bank to roll out Land Management Systems in four states namely Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi and Enugu (again the first of its kind in Nigeria).

In the private sector, Mac has assisted over 50 percent of Nigerian banks develop and implement corporate strategy including covering over 20 African countries in developing similar strategies for banks.
Sir Mac has led teams in business planning sessions for insurance companies, manufacturers, SMEs, etc.
He ‘pioneered commercial business incubation in Nigeria where the World Bank provided technical funding; this incubation business has since set up over 25 businesses raising billions for its startup companies.
Sir Mac, as a gifted thoughts initiator, has extended his ability to community services
He is devoted to God as a Christian, worshipping actively in the First African Church and the Anglican Church, and he is consigned into the Knighthood of the Order of St. Christopher (KSC) of Afikpo Diocese, Ebonyi State.
Sir Mac is a pragmatic leader, who has extended his frontiers of leadership beyond rhetorics.
